/ FAQ
Everything about the gift voucher
What do the voucher and the email look like?
The voucher carries the name of the person you are gifting and the massage you chose — it is not a generic slip with a number. You receive an email with the code and the receipt, and the recipient gets a gift email with your own message. You can see all of it before you pay.
When does the voucher arrive?
Immediately after successful payment — to your e-mail. If you choose so, it is sent at the same moment directly to the person you are gifting, together with your message.
How much does a gift voucher cost?
It depends on the treatment: from 2.300 RSD for shorter treatments (face, feet, back), 4.200–6.500 RSD for a 60-minute full body massage, and from 8.000 RSD per couple for two. The most expensive voucher is 23.000 RSD. You can also gift a voucher for an amount you set yourself.
How long is the voucher valid?
Our vouchers have no expiry date — they can be used whenever suits the person who received one.
Is the payment secure?
Card details are entered exclusively on the secure page of Raiffeisen Bank — we never see or store them. The transaction is protected by the 3-D Secure standard (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check).
Which cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard. Cards issued abroad work as well — the amount is charged in Serbian dinars and your bank performs the conversion at its own rate.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. A fiscal receipt arrives by e-mail together with the voucher, with a QR code and a link for verification with the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia. If you need a company invoice, tick that option in the cart and enter the tax ID.
Can I buy several vouchers at once?
You can. Add them within the same purchase — you pay once, and each voucher arrives in its own e-mail with its own name and message.
Can I give a voucher for a chosen amount?
Yes. Switch to the amount tab and enter any figure between 1,000 and 200,000 dinars. Such a voucher is valid for any massage — if the chosen massage costs more, the difference is paid in the studio.
Which massage is the voucher valid for?
The one stated on it. The person who receives it books the time that suits them.
How is the voucher used?
When booking, mention that you have a gift voucher, and bring the code with you — printed or on your phone.
What if the payment fails?
In that case no money is taken from the card. You receive an e-mail about it and can repeat the purchase right away — usually it is the 3-D Secure confirmation or the daily card limit.
