01Calm, not deep work
Soul Harmony does not chase knots. The rhythm is slow and even, the pressure gentle, and the point is to move the nervous system out of alert mode and into recovery. That is why the result is usually measured not by how the muscles feel right after, but by how you sleep that night.
02Who it suits
It suits the body that is not in pain but exhausted: after weeks of deadlines, during a stretch of poor sleep, or when you simply cannot switch off. If something specific hurts, firmer pressure will do more work — here the aim is to settle you down, not to break tissue up.
03Take 90 minutes
Take 90 minutes if you can. The first twenty minutes are when the body only begins to let go, so the difference from 60 minutes is noticeable. Late evening slots suit this treatment best, since you head straight home afterwards.
