01What a full body massage is
A full body massage means one session covers everything — back, legs, arms, neck and head — instead of staying on a single area. Ours is called Made for You, and the difference is that the plan is not the same for everyone: how long and how firmly each area is worked is decided by what your body is asking for that day.
02No fixed protocol
Made for You has no fixed protocol. The session starts with a short conversation — what bothers you, for how long, what you do for a living — and the therapist picks techniques, pressure and areas from there. Two Made for You treatments never look alike.
03Who it suits best
It is most often chosen by first-time guests who do not know what they need, and by people for whom one technique is not enough: the back wants firm pressure while the neck and head want gentle work. In one session that combination is no problem.
04If you have a diagnosis
If you have a diagnosis, medical findings or a doctor's advice, bring that information — it helps the therapist adapt. Massage does not replace medical treatment, but it can accompany it well.
