Card payments
Card details are entered exclusively on the bank's secure page — Runway Massage never sees or stores them. Transactions are protected by the 3-D Secure standard (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check), and all payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us by the email or phone listed on our “Contact” page.

Complaints policy
All complaints about the quality of service, as well as reports of any physical reactions to a treatment, must be submitted by the client exclusively through the salon's official communication channels within a maximum of 48 hours after the end of the massage, after which subsequent complaints will not be considered.
