Acceptance of terms

By using this site you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation Policy.

Services and prices

Runway Massage Studio offers various massage treatments whose descriptions and prices are listed in detail on our website under the “Pricing” section. We reserve the right to change prices and the availability of services without prior notice.

Bookings and cancellation / lateness policy

Booking: Appointments can be booked by phone or through the online booking page.

Cancellation: Cancelling is free of charge if you tell us at least 12 hours before the start. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start, 50% of the price of the reserved treatment applies. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the start, or do not show up, the full amount applies.

Rescheduling: Moving your appointment to another free slot is always free, even at the last minute — we would much rather see you another day than lose the appointment. If a moved appointment is then cancelled or left unused, the amounts above apply.

Same-day bookings: For an appointment booked on the same day, cancellation is free within 30 minutes of booking and no later than 2 hours before the start; after that the amounts above apply.

Why: Your appointment is held for you — the room and therapist(s) are blocked for you alone, and we turn away other clients asking for that time. An appointment that falls through just before the start can no longer be sold.

How it is charged: We do not charge your card — you receive a message (e-mail, WhatsApp or Viber) with the amount and bank transfer details. Until it is settled, online booking for your phone number and e-mail address is locked; it unlocks as soon as the payment arrives.

Lateness: If you are late for your appointment, we will do everything in our power to provide the full duration of the treatment. However, if your lateness means we cannot provide the full length of your massage, the full price of your original appointment will be charged.

Substitution: If you are unable to come and did not notify us in time, you may send a friend, colleague or family member in your place for the scheduled appointment.

Runway Membership card

Membership fee: The monthly fee for the Runway Membership card is 1,000 dinars.

Discount: Members receive a 500-dinar discount on every massage from our price list. There is no limit to the number of massages per month.

Card sharing: One card can be used by up to three people.

Activation: The card is collected at the studio upon payment of the monthly fee.

Gift vouchers

Purchase: Gift vouchers can be bought online (by email or phone) or in person at the studio.

Flexibility: A voucher can be used for any massage from our price list.

Validity: Gift vouchers have no expiry date.

Usage policy: The cancellation / lateness policy (at least 12 hours’ notice) also applies to appointments booked with a voucher; a no-show or a cancellation less than 2 hours before the appointment means the voucher is considered used, and a cancellation less than 12 hours before reduces it by 50% of its value.

Buying a gift voucher online (card payment)

What you are buying: A gift voucher for a massage from our price list. The massage name and duration are clearly stated before payment, and the price is shown in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Tax: We are not in the VAT system, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the final price you pay.

Delivery: The voucher is digital and arrives at your email address as soon as payment is confirmed, together with the fiscal receipt. If you chose to send the voucher straight to the person you are gifting it to, they receive a separate email with your message.

Fiscal receipt: A fiscal receipt is issued for every online purchase and sent to you by email, with a QR code and a verification link to the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia.

Validity: Gift vouchers bought online do not expire, unless a specific date is printed on the voucher itself.

Booking: Book by phone or through the booking page, mentioning that you have a gift voucher. Bring the voucher code with you (printed or on your phone).

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal: You may withdraw from an online gift voucher purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving a reason, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.

How: Send us a request by email to [email protected], quoting the order number or voucher code.

Refund: Money is refunded only to the same payment card used for the purchase — this is a card scheme rule and there is no alternative. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the request. How long it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.

Redeemed voucher: If the voucher has already been redeemed (the service was provided), a refund is not possible.

Complaints: Complaints about service quality must be submitted within 48 hours of the end of the massage, through the salon's official communication channels. We reply to every complaint in writing within the statutory deadline.

Payment methods and security

We accept cash in the studio, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard payment cards — both in the studio and online on this site.

Security: Your card details are entered exclusively on the bank's secure page. Runway Massage never sees or stores them. Transactions are protected by the 3-D Secure standard (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check), and the whole site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Currency conversion statement

All payments will be effected in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia — dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount your payment card will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price in RSD into your local currency, according to the exchange rate used by the card organisations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our site.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide when booking or registering. Please inform us of any relevant health conditions or allergies before the start of a treatment.

Limitation of liability

Runway Massage Studio will not be liable for any damage arising from the use of our services or site, except to the extent prescribed by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including texts, images, logos and design, is protected by copyright and is the property of Runway Massage Studio. Unauthorized use of any content from this site is prohibited.

Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms of Use from time to time. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after the changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

Complaints policy

All complaints about the quality of service, as well as reports of any physical reactions to a treatment, must be submitted by the client exclusively through the salon's official communication channels within a maximum of 48 hours after the end of the massage, after which subsequent complaints will not be considered.
