Acceptance of terms

By using this site you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation Policy.

Services and prices

Runway Massage Studio offers various massage treatments whose descriptions and prices are listed in detail on our website under the “Pricing” section. We reserve the right to change prices and the availability of services without prior notice.

Bookings and cancellation / lateness policy

Booking: Appointments can be booked by phone or through the online booking page.

Cancellation / rescheduling: Please notify us of a cancellation or change of appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you notify us less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the full amount of the original booking will be charged.

Lateness: If you are late for your appointment, we will do everything in our power to provide the full duration of the treatment. However, if your lateness means we cannot provide the full length of your massage, the full price of your original appointment will be charged.

Substitution: If you are unable to come and did not notify us in time, you may send a friend, colleague or family member in your place for the scheduled appointment.

Runway Membership card

Membership fee: The monthly fee for the Runway Membership card is 1,000 dinars.

Discount: Members receive a 500-dinar discount on every massage from our price list. There is no limit to the number of massages per month.

Card sharing: One card can be used by up to three people.

Activation: The card is collected at the studio upon payment of the monthly fee.

Gift vouchers

Purchase: Gift vouchers can be bought online (by email or phone) or in person at the studio.

Flexibility: A voucher can be used for any massage from our price list.

Validity: Gift vouchers have no expiry date.

Usage policy: The cancellation / lateness policy (24h advance notice) also applies to appointments booked with a voucher; a no-show or late cancellation will result in the voucher being considered used.

Payment methods

We accept payment in cash and by all major payment cards.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide when booking or registering. Please inform us of any relevant health conditions or allergies before the start of a treatment.

Limitation of liability

Runway Massage Studio will not be liable for any damage arising from the use of our services or site, except to the extent prescribed by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including texts, images, logos and design, is protected by copyright and is the property of Runway Massage Studio. Unauthorized use of any content from this site is prohibited.

Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms of Use from time to time. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after the changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

Complaints policy

All complaints about the quality of service, as well as reports of any physical reactions to a treatment, must be submitted by the client exclusively through the salon's official communication channels within a maximum of 48 hours after the end of the massage, after which subsequent complaints will not be considered.
