What to know

The voucher is valid from the moment of purchase — scheduling only changes when the person finds out about it.
The time you enter is your own local time.
You can change your mind: a new schedule for the same voucher replaces the previous one.
If the voucher is redeemed before the scheduled moment, the email is not sent.
