The biggest fear when buying a gift online is not the price but the uncertainty: will it really arrive, what will it look like when it does, and what if you get it wrong. So this text is not selling anything — it simply shows what happens from the moment you click buy to the moment someone else opens the email.
The whole process is one page and three steps. First you choose what you are giving: a specific massage from the list, with the price and duration written next to each one, or — if you are not sure what would suit the person — an amount you enter yourself. Second, you enter your name and email and the name of the person the voucher is for. Third, you pay by card.
There is no account to open, no password, no payment slip and no waiting for someone on our side to confirm the payment. The voucher arrives by email the moment the payment goes through — at eleven at night, on a Sunday, on a public holiday. If you need a company invoice, the tax ID goes into the same cart and the invoice arrives in the same email.
If you are buying several vouchers at once — for a team, for the family, for godparents — it all goes through a single payment, and each voucher gets its own email and its own name. In December that turned out to be the most common case here.
While buying you can choose to have the voucher go directly to the person you are gifting — you then enter their email and, if you like, a message.
That message is not a footnote at the bottom of a payment confirmation. In the gift email it stands framed as a dedication, above the voucher itself, and it is the first thing the person sees when they open it. A single sentence is quite enough — the ones that land best say why you are giving, not what you bought.
If you would rather hand the gift over yourself, simply leave the sending off: the voucher then comes to you, so you can forward it whenever you want or print it and slip it into a card. This is the part people least expect. The gift does not have to arrive when you bought it — you can schedule the delivery for an exact date and time.
Buy today, and the gift email with your message arrives on the birthday morning, or at noon on the anniversary, or on New Year's Day. You pick the day and the hour; the system delivers within a few minutes of that moment. Your voucher sits with you in the meantime, so you can always change your mind.
The practical benefit is simple: you settle the gift while you have time rather than the day before, and you do not risk forgetting to send it.
It does not have to be right first time. If the chosen treatment does not suit the person who received it, it can be swapped for another at the studio — only the difference is paid if the new one costs more. That is why, for a gift to someone you do not know inside out — a colleague, a mother-in-law, your child's partner — a voucher for an amount is the safest: the person chooses for themselves.
The other thing that takes the pressure off: our vouchers have no expiry date. A gift bought in December is used calmly in March. There is no date by which it must be redeemed and nothing goes to waste — which also means you do not have to guess when the person will have the time.
